1. Promoter:
This giveaway is run by Barre By Emma in collaboration with SEA+SOLU Haircare.

2. Eligibility:

  • Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over.

  • No purchase necessary.

  • Employees, agents or affiliates of the promoters or anyone professionally associated with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period:

  • The giveaway starts on 21st July, 2025 and ends on 26th July, 2025 at 18:00 GMT.

  • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter:

  • Fill in the form above and be sure to follow @barrebyemma and @seaplussolu to ensure you don't miss the winner being announced on Instagram stories.

  • One entry per person unless otherwise stated.

5. Prize:

  • The prize includes: SEA+SOLU:

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

  • SEA+SOLU and Barre by Emma reserve the right to replace any item with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries and contacted via Instagram DM/email within 24 hours of the giveaway closing.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If not, another winner will be selected.

7. Delivery:

  • The prize will be delivered to an address in the Republic of Ireland only.

  • Please allow up to 7 days for delivery after confirming your details.

8. Data Protection:

  • Any personal data provided will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway and in accordance with GDPR. SEA+SOLU may continue to send you updates, and you can opt out at any time.

9. General:

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social platform.

  • By entering, participants release Instagram of responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the giveaway at any time if necessary.
