Join me in this STUNNING, newly renovated, seaside location, The Little Island Swim Club & Deli in Castlefreke for a wholesome morning!Â
We'll run through a nice 50-55 min barre class to get the body moving, and afterwards we'll enjoy a hot beverage of your choice and a breakfast snack. Afterwards, if you want we can head down to the beach for a lovely swim!!Â
Mats will also be provided.
