About the event
Angela and I are delighted to be hosting a community event in the gorgeous and bright location of St. Peter's Church in Cork.
We will begin with an hour of movement with a full body barre class, and then sit down for a nice casual chat whilst enjoying a hot drink and some delicious cakes.

A 1 hour Barre class lead by Emma
15 minute talk and interview with Emma about how to live a sustainable lifestyle, Q and A session afterwards
