Join us for a fun barre class located in Echo Athletics in Cork. Emma will take you through a full body barre flow that will be suitable to all levels. Those who want to go a little harder will always have the option. No equipment is needed and mats will be provided.
This will be a great opportunity for you to try barre if you haven't already, to get a great workout in and to meet others.
