Come and join us for a dreamy morning on the rooftop of Naturally Nourished, where you will enjoy a full body sculpting barre class suitable to all levels. This will be a full body workout, designed to bring the heat to every little muscle in your body - and hey, if it gets too spicy you can look over the gorgeous views of Cork City to distract yourself.

Guests will then be invited downstairs to the gorgeous Naturally Nourished cafe to enjoy a sit-down brunch and hot beverage - YUM. Just what we need after a great workout. Our menu will be shared in advance some you can start to think about what you'll have.

We will also be offering up some spot prizes on the day from some great brands including Lululemon. More info will be shared closer to the date.
