Join this challenge and complete a range of workouts over the next 14 days to get you motivated and keep your body moving. Each day is a different workout and these videos incorporate Barre, Mobility and Stretching. I have tried to keep them short so that we can squeeze them in. I have sequenced them in a specific order but if you need to switch up the days, feel free. The aim is to complete these videos within 14 days, however, if you need longer to complete don't panic - the steps will be here. Do your best!
