Three weeks to reset, strengthen, and feel amazing, while creating consistency for your mind and body. Welcome to the Ignite the Fire challenge. This is a three-week program that involves five workouts per week, each of varying lengths. All you have to do is: 1. Join the challenge. 2. Check the options for the week. You can complete it in any order, depending on your time and how your body feels. How you fit them in is totally up to you. You can spread them out, double up, or take rest days whenever you need. 3. Read the instructions and complete the video. 4. Mark as complete and leave feedback if you’d like - I’ll review at the end of the challenge and give you a personalised advice/review. These videos are suitable for all levels. You can take things to the next level and add equipment. However, equipment is not necessary to complete this challenge. This challenge will still be live after the 29th, so don’t panic if you take longer to complete (work away at your own pace. I won't remove the challenge - you can use it as a source of video suggestions/inspiration). However, if you complete by midnight on the 29th, you’ll receive a one-month free subscription of your choice. This challenge is free to join - all you need is to ensure that you have a video library subscription, either the Demi-Plan or Grand-Plan. Let's pulse and burn together and IGNITE THE FIRE.
