30 minutes is enough — if you make them count. I want to help you build a consistent movement routine and avoid the "I don't have time narrative." Over three weeks, you'll complete three full-body barre workouts a week, each one just 30(ish including stretch) minutes long. That's it. No gym needed, no hour-long commutes. Just you, your mat, optional equipment and a method that works. Every session includes options for all levels — advancements for those who want to push further, and regressions to keep it safe and effective if you're newer to barre. Because strength isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is this challenge. Plus, you'll get a bonus body-part focused workout to dial in on the area you want to strengthen most. This is barre the way it should be: efficient, effective, and for everyone. All you have to do is: 1. Join the challenge - all you need is a demi plan (10 euro per month subscription), or grand plan (25 euro per month subscription). 2. Check the options for the week, read the instructions and complete the videos in any order - how you fit them in is totally up to you. 3. Mark as complete and leave feedback if you’d like - I’ll review at the end of the challenge and give you a personalised advice/review. You can take things to the next level and add equipment. However, equipment is not necessary to complete this challenge. This challenge will still be live after the 3 weeks so don’t panic if you take longer to complete. However, if you complete by midnight on the 31st of May, you’ll receive a one-month free subscription of your choice. This is perfect if you're looking to build a movement routine OR incorporate barre into your existing routine.
