Welcome to the November Challenge, where we are going to move and burn together for 20 days. Don't worry though, it's not as tough as it seems. I have programmed a series of workouts over 20 days. The idea is that you commit to completing one video a day or dedicating time to move your body for 20 days. It's not about going hell for leather every single day. There will be options for you if you're time poor or, if you want to do another form of movement, you can log that too. But the main this is that you're carving out time for yourself, hopefully building a long term habit. Challenges can often get a bad wrap where people think they have to shut off from the outside world and eat air but that's not what we want here. You can make this extremely flexible. Move things around or opt for a quickie video before you give up! It's going to be fun!! So what do you need to do? 1. Join the challenge - you will need access to the video library to do so. Either the Demi or the Grand plan will give you access. 2. Complete a video a day - stick to the schedule or move things around 3. Mark steps complete when done 4. Finish the challenge and be in with a chance to WIN A PRIZE! (Note: to be entered into the draw you need to complete the challenge between 7th-27th) Come join me! You got this!
