It can be daunting to get back into exercise or even get back into a routine but all it takes knowing where to start. With that in mind, I'd like to welcome to the January Reset Plan, a 7 day selection of videos that are designed to help you get back into the swing of all things movement. It's just 30 mins each day - you got this! Let's make it fun and do it together! Each 30 min video includes: - Mobility/ Warm up drills - A variety of movements (each day is different but we cover all the basics) - Cool down/stretches If you have any questions at any point, please let me know :)Â
