You pulse, I party. Fair? While I'm off getting married, you're holding down the mat — and I love you for it! This 3-week online barre challenge gives you 5 on-demand videos each week to complete at your own pace. Whether you’re pulsing daily or spreading them out, there’s no pressure — just plenty of burn. ✅ Do the classes in any order or sub them for other movement if you wish. There will be a mix of video lengths. ✅ Tick them off as you go ✅ Log your feedback or questions along the way Let the pulse party begin — I’ll be cheering you on (from the dance floor)! 💃 These videos are suitable for all levels. You can take things to the next level and add equipment. However, equipment is not necessary to complete this challenge. You can complete the weekly workouts in any order, on the days that suit you! Each week includes 5 barre workouts—how you fit them in is totally up to you. You can spread them out, double up, or take rest days whenever you need. There are 7 days in the week to get your 5 sessions done, so listen to your body and make it work for your schedule! If you complete the challenge byJune 8th, you'll receive a month free of your current subscription - just please remember to track your progress. If you are not completing it within a certain timeframe, work away at your own pace. I won't remove the challenge - you can use it as video suggestions/inspiration.
